Capabilities Overview
Cellotape manufactures a wide range of custom overlays, labels, membrane switches, and other graphic solutions. Our cutting-edge processes, industry specific capabilities, and quality focus are just some of the reasons many leading companies in the bio medical, instrumentation, networking, telecommunication, semiconductor, and other industries have used us as their one-stop label, overlay panel, and die-cut component source during our more than 50 years in the business.
Screen
Printing

Screen printing is ideal for printing medium to large runs of virtually any size parts onto almost any flat media. Almost any color can be matched and the colors are rich, dense, and vibrant. |
Flexography

Flexography has become the standard means of printing large runs of full-color roll labels or tags. The labels can foiled or embossed and even rotary screen printed in-line. |
Hot
Stamping

With a thermal transfer printer mounted to the front end of the press, we are able to add variable data, like barcodes and sequential numbers, to your label. |
HP Indigo
Digital Printing

Combine digital printing with Cellotape’s ability to laser-cut labels, and you have a 100% digital workflow that can go “from art to part” in record time. |
Vinyl Cut
Graphics

Precision cut vinyl is an excellent way to display text and graphic images on banners, signs, vehicles, and trade show panels. |
Large Format
Printing

All manufacturing is done in-house in our Fremont, CA facility. You can see a first article in our facility before your job is produced which allows you to make creative changes on the spot. |
Thermal
Transfer

Ribbons are fed between thermal print heads and the substrate to be imaged. The small size of these elements gives us the ability to print the very fine detail required for bar codes. |
RFID Label
Construction

On-board RFID readers ensure the readability of each RFID tag before and after integration, and an automatic control system keeps transponders and printed labels in register. |
Finishing

In addition to conventional die cutting, trimming, laminating, sheeting, and slitting. Cellotape has digital laser converting capabilities and CNC Routing. |
