In addition to conventional die cutting, trimming, laminating, sheeting, and slitting. Cellotape has digital laser converting capabilities and CNC Routing.
Laser Converting
Cellotape's 500 watt CO2 Laser utilizes moving mirrors that steer the beam at speeds up to 200" per second. Using EPS source files, CCD cameras enable "Vision System" software to hold up to +/- .003 tolerance.
In production environment, laser converting is the economical choice for prototypes, short runs and quick turn-around jobs, as there is virtually no 'up-front' cost associated with machine tools making and storage.

Routing & Engraving
Our CNC router has a 30" by 24" work envelope and cutting speeds up to 250" per minute. This versatile machine is capable of cutting, engraving and routing parts of various materials up to a 1" standard thickness. Standard cutting tools are available however, cutting tools can also be ordered for specific material applications.
