Position: Flexo Press Operator
Location: Fremont, CA
Summary:
We are looking for EXPERIENCED flexo press operators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret data on job jackets
- Operate up to 4-color Mark Andy or Comco press by using a turn bar, pinfeed, sheeting or other types of tooling.
- Make ink adjustments on press as required for each job.
Customer Service
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fremont, CA
Summary:
We seek an experienced, high-caliber Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our customer support / inside sales team. CSRs are the primary internal point-of-contact for our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all quote requests, order documentation, change orders, and order-related shipping issues.
- Proactively develop and maintain relations with representatives of assigned accounts to ensure that customers' needs are met and order capacity is maximized.
- Review drawings and specifications to confirm that finished products will match a customer's precise requirements.
- Create reports, provide customer notification, help resolve invoicing issues, manage proof-approval process, and coordinate RMA activities.
Qualifications:
The successful CSR candidate will have at least an Associate Arts degree (AA) from an accredited two-year college or technical school, as well as six months or more CSR-related experience and training. Experience in the converting industry (custom label manufacturing) will receive high-priority consideration. Must be computer literate (Macintosh preferred), especially in Word and Excel, and exhibit language aptitude, basic math skills and reasoning ability commensurate with the requirements of the position.
Sales
Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Fremont, CA
Summary:
We're looking for a committed, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative with a successful track record. Based in Fremont, California, the Sales Rep is responsible for maximizing market penetration of the company's label, overlay panel, nameplate, and component products in the medical and electronics industries and developing current and prospective accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase profitable sales by addressing the needs of established accounts and building share among new customers.
- Formulate and implement planned sales account strategies.
- Help customers and prospects attain their goals through the proper utilization of the company's new and existing products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer communications in accordance with company policy, and pass along key developments to management.
- Keep customers satisfied and up-to-date on the order process and changes in offerings.
- Prepare activity and expense reports, sales forecasts, and competitive summaries to keep managers and other salespeople well-informed.
- Participate in company events such as trade shows and training programs.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of related experience with a provable track record selling to major medical, electronics, or other high-technology accounts. Experience selling custom overlays and labels a plus. College-educated self-starter and strategic thinker. Strong relationship-building, presentation, and problem-solving skills; professional demeanor. Fluency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word a strong plus.
