Peter Offermann – President and CEO
Peter Offermann has had a 40-year career in service-based industries and has a broad background in finance, management and sales.
He served as Chairman and CEO of ATC Group Services, Inc. a nationwide, 1,800-employee environmental consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TLC Beatrice International Holdings, Inc. a $2 billion, privately held, international food company. TLC Beatrice’s principal operations were in Europe and included branded products, wholesale distribution and food retail.
The bulk of Peter’s career has been spent in the financial services sector doing commercial banking, investment banking and providing financial advice. He was with Bankers Trust Company and is currently with HT Capital Advisors LLC in New York City, a financial advisory firm. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and has attended the New York University Graduate School of Business.
Larry Ino – Director of Flexographic & Digital Operations
Larry Ino brings to Cellotape 25 years of experience in the printing industry. For the last three years Larry served as General Manager at Landmark Label Manufacturing, Inc., which merged with Cellotape in 2006. Larry embraces Technical, Wine and Gourmet Foods industries. As Director of Operations, Larry's responsibilities include product planning and engineering. Constantly driven to improve operational effectiveness, Larry continually reevaluates printing practices and procedures, fine tuning accordingly. His "hands-on-management" approach provides continual leadership and support to his team in a fast-paced environment. Dedicated to building and maintaining strong client relationships, Larry and his team work closely with their clients ensuring absolute client satisfaction. Larry studied Mechanical design, Graphic arts, Management, and Business at Mission College in Santa Clara.
Steve Suppa – Vice President, Sales
Steve Suppa came to Cellotape with 30 years of experience in the electronics industry. Steve had served 10 years at Lear Siegler Telecommunications Division as a design draftsman and printed circuit board designer, after which he moved into manufacturing engineering. While at Lear Siegler, Steve was a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
During the past 20 years Steve has been associated with the screen print industry as an owner, general manager and sales manager. He served two years on an American Society for Testing Materials subcommittee for membrane switches, helping to identify the test methods, standard practices and typical values of a membrane switch. Steve’s background in both manufacturing and sales engineering provides the ability to identify with the requirements of our customers
